I keep hearing that I'll be going on "my first plain ride to see my Great-Grandparents and Mitch-again."
I can't tell you how confusing this is to me.
- First of all, I've been on a lot of plain rides. In fact, I find that most of them are pretty plain and uneventful, so how will this be my first? (see attached photo of recent plain ride where I was forced to find my own entertainment)
- Secondly, if these so-called "Great-Grandparents," are an improvement on my already fantastic Grandparents, I can't imagine how I'll contain myself. How could it get any better than the ones I have? They are the best, anything greater just sounds too good to be true.
- Last but not least, I have no clue who Mitch is. I cannot recollect ever meeting him the first time and hope that I don't come off as rude when I meet him "again," maybe he came around before my memory was fully in tact...those first few months are just a blur to me.
I suppose I'll figure out these mysteries at the end of the month when this ride is set to happen. Grandma and Aunt Nessa will be going with us (yay!), Mommy's Uncle Doug and Aunt Jody apparently live with Mitch again (?) so we'll see them there, and from what I hear, Mommy's aunt Cindy and cousin Alyssa are coming from Chicago...I've heard wonderful things about them too. It just may end up being an overload of fun, which I'm sure these Great-Grandparents have thought about too.
Don't worry Great G'ma & G'pa-Mommy never lets me get too wild and crazy(although I wish she would)!
